📦 Shipping Policy

Delivery Time: 5-7 working days across Pakistan.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

Nationwide Delivery: We deliver to all cities across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and more.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

• Item must be unused and unwashed
• Item must be in original packaging with tags intact
• Sale items are not eligible for return

Exchange: We happily exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it immediately.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
